Privacy Policy

The short version. Hard 16 has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything you do in the app — your progress, your streak, your settings — is stored on your own device and is never sent to us. Two things can leave your device, and only because you asked: a purchase receipt if you buy the one-time Pro unlock, and a feedback message if you write one and send it from your own mail app.
Who this covers
This policy covers the Hard 16 Blackjack Trainer mobile app and the web version at blackjack.ai-speeds.com. The app is published by Zhongyuan Tang, an individual developer. Contact: feedback@ai-speeds.com.
What we do not do
- There is no account and no login. We never ask for your name or phone number, and nothing in the app requires an email address. The feedback form has one optional email box so we can reply to you; leave it empty and your message still reaches us.
- There is no analytics SDK of any kind. We do not know how many hands you played, which screens you opened, or whether you opened the app at all.
- There is no advertising SDK and no advertising identifier is read. The app shows no ads.
- We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not share, sell or rent any data to anyone. Because nothing is used for tracking, the app does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission.
- We carry no casino advertising and no affiliate links of any kind.
What is stored on your device
The app keeps its state in local storage on your device, under a single key. That includes:
- Your practice history and per-cell mastery across the 330-cell strategy grid;
- Lesson progress, certificates earned, Daily 21 streak and calendar;
- Spaced-repetition scheduling for the deviation flashcards;
- Your table rules, language choice and display preferences;
- Any feedback you have written but not yet sent — including the text you typed and the email address you typed, if you filled that box in. A message you wrote and then abandoned stays in that saved state on your device.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot read it, and we have no copy of it. If you delete the app, it is gone; there is no backup on our side to delete or restore. The same applies to the saved feedback text and email address above: they sit in your device's own storage and reach us only if you actually send the message.

The purchase identifier is a random value generated for the purchase system. It is not linked to your identity, and it is not used to track you. We never receive your payment details — card numbers and billing information are handled entirely by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) and are never visible to us.
Children
Hard 16 is rated for adults and is not directed at children. It is a study tool about casino card play, so we deliberately keep it out of any children's category. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age.
Gambling
Hard 16 is a study and training tool. There is no real-money gambling in it: no wagering, no deposits or withdrawals, no chip or credit balance, and nothing that can be won or lost. No money moves through the app other than the one-time App Store purchase for the Pro unlock.
Your choices
- Erase everything: reset your progress from inside the app, or delete the app. Both remove the local data completely.
- Web version: clearing your browser's site data for blackjack.ai-speeds.com has the same effect.
- Purchase records: these are held by Apple under your Apple Account and are governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Manage them in your App Store account settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, we will update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here. Because the app collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare.
